Release of Liability

I agree to release Julian Foxx LLC., and Trueborn Publishing LLC. (referred to herein as "us" or "the company") from all liability for my actions using the system. I understand that the techniques and strategies in Stripper Shark are of the highest caliber, and could be considered "psychological weaponry". I understand that I am fully responsible for my actions, and agree to use this system responsibly and with the highest moral character. I understand that if it is discovered that I am using the techniques to manipulate, cause mental or psychological harm to women, my membership will be revoked and I will lose access to the system. There are no exceptions to this.

Additional Terms and Conditions

I authorize the company to use my success story in future publications. I acknowledge that the company offers entertainment for men on the topic of women and dating, as well as products and services related to women and dating, and that all content, products and services are not to be considered as legal or professional advice, and are to be used for personal entertainment purposes only. I acknowledge that I am responsible for my actions and hereby release the company and any of its staff, employees, officers or affiliates from liability for any of my actions or comments influenced by the information contained in products and services received. From this day forward, I assume full responsibility of my personal, physical and emotional well-being.

I understand providing the information on the other side of this form gives the company permission to communicate with me by fax, email, or phone to relay special offers, announcements and information I may find valuable on the topic of women and dating. I will not reproduce these copyrighted materials nor lend, rent, or sell them to anyone to remain in compliance with the federal and state copyright and trademark laws.

International Fees

Please note, as our payment processing facilities may be located outside the US, your credit card company may charge you a foreign transaction fee. This fee is determined by your credit card company as stipulated in your agreement with them and is not a charge from us.

Refund Policy

You are aware that you have an unconditional (90 Day) 3 month No Risk Money Back Guarantee for the Stripper Shark starter program, which makes your purchase completely risk-free. Since you are receiving immediate digital access, either via downloadable or streaming content, you agree that 90 days is a reasonable time period to fully evaluate the program. All refund requests for Stripper Shark must be made no more than 90 days after the initial purchase date. If you prefer to exchange the purchase for other available items, please contact our customer service department. You are aware that you are limited to one product refund or exchange only. You agree that in the case of our 'Unstripped' program if you cancel any subscriptions after the 14 day trial has expired, you forfeit your right to a refund for any monthly charges incurred during your membership.

You understand that you will be billed a recurring fee of $24.75 per week, billed monthly for the entire term of the program that will begin billing after the free 14 day trial period expires. You understand that the recurring monthly charges will be billed fourteen days out following the first charge and will continue to be charged every four weeks until you cancel. You are aware that all subscriptions should be canceled at least 5 business days prior your monthly billing date to avoid future charges. All free trial periods must be canceled at least 3 business days before the first billing date to avoid further charges. Cancellations may be accepted by emailing [email protected], or through the call center at 866-996-3699. Once the cancellation has been processed you will receive a cancellation confirmation, which displays the exact date of my cancellation. If you do not receive a confirmation, please notify us at [email protected], as that is your only valid receipt of cancellation. Even if you cancel the program, all core system materials, as well as any subscription materials paid for, are yours to keep.

Chargebacks / Disputes Policy

We reserve the rights to mail records to the home address and do follow up calls to survey/resolve the billing dispute as a general practice in the event of a chargeback notice.

Unsolicited Email Policy

The company does not permit partners or affiilates to send unsolicited commercial emails, unless such emails strictly comply with applicable laws and regulations, including, without limitation, the federal CAN-SPAM Act or the applicable laws in any country where the business is active. Any email sent by a partner or affiliate that promotes Company must comply with the following:

i. There must be a functioning return email address to the sender.

ii. There must be a clear and conspicuous notice in the email (in at least 10-point bold font) advising the recipient that he or she may reply to the email, via the functioning return email address, to request that future email solicitations or correspondence not be sent to him or her (a functioning opt-out notice).

iii. The email must include the partner/affiliates physical mailing address.

iv. The email must clearly and conspicuously disclose that the message is an advertisement or solicitation.

v. The use of deceptive subject lines and/or false header information is prohibited.

vi. All opt-out requests, whether received by email or regular mail, must be promptly honored. If a partner/affiliate receives an opt-out request from a recipient of an email, the partner/affiliate must forward the opt-out request to the company

Company has implemented and maintains reasonable security procedures and practices to protect against the unauthorized access, use, modification, destruction or disclosure of Your Personal Information.

4. What Data Do We Collect?

• Purchases: When a customer makes a purchase, we request: Name, Email, Address, and Credit Card details. That data is required for the processing of online sales. Name, Email, and Address are stored with a unique Customer ID as a customer profile. We do not store your Credit Card details. After making a purchase, your email will be used to send you a transaction receipt, any refund or cancellation receipts, and/or notifications pertinent to ongoing subscriptions. Email, Name, and Customer ID will also be stored for the purpose of creating a user account for any purchases that include access to a secured members area.
• Email Opt-In: When you provide your email to be sent exclusive content and promotions, it is never associated with any other data, except your name (when provided by you). Email addresses may be sent to a third party for verification. In that case, no other data is shared with the 3rd party verification service. Your email and name may be stored with a sub-processor service we use to deliver email. Unless otherwise stated in another agreement, your email is never transferred to any other publishers, advertisers, or other 3rd parties.
• Customer Support: When you submit a ticket on our customer support website, or respond to a customer support email, a user profile (containing an unique ID and your email) is generated for the purpose of resolving any customer support inquiries. Any further correspondence with customer support will be saved with that customer profile. Your email will be used to send you copies of all customer support communications. Your customer support profile is not made available to any partners.
• Behavioral Analytics: Your anonymous actions may be recorded in order for us to generate aggregate audience profiles. These actions are stored with an anonymous profile ID, and are not used to observe behavior of individuals. We may use these generic profiles to improve our sites and services based on the observed behavior. For example, if something doesn't work properly, or if a particular feature is popular with users. We do not share these behavioral analytics with any partners or marketing technology services. We do not use any "fingerprinting" techniques or services designed to identify a unique user or device.
• Partner Traffic: Traffic by users arriving at the site via approved partner links is stored with IP Address and Browser Details. These visits are updated with date of purchase upon customer transactions, but data associated with the individual purchases are not shared.
• Advertisements: Advertisements hosted on our pages do not collect any additional data other than described in "Behavioral Analytics".
• Push Notifications: If you choose to accept browser Push Notifications, a browser identification is stored by one of our data sub-processors in order to send you the requested notifications.
• Billing Disputes: In the event of a billing dispute by a customer or bank, the transactional data pertaining to that dispute may be provided to a sub-processor for the purpose of validating or resolving the dispute.
• Surveys: We may request that you complete survey data for the purpose of improving our products. These surveys are always voluntary, and responses are anonymous by default. Some surveys may ask you to provide an email for us to follow-up on your responses, or to fulfill on the promise of a reward. In that case, your response may be used to contact you only in reference to follow-up responses and/or reward delivery. Any personal data provided in connection with any survey will be used only in relation to that survey, and will be disclosed to third parties not bound by this Privacy Policy only in aggregated form.
• Information You Make Public: Any testimonials, comments, or other information you disclose on public or members-only pages are public information for which we are unable to exercise control. You should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information by means of such features, and you agree to assume all responsibility for doing so. We may request your permission to use your comments or testimonials for marketing purposes, with your first name and location publicly visible. These testimonials may be made anonymous or removed, at your request.

Company may also disclose Your Personal Information in the following circumstances:

• By Law or to Protect Rights. Company discloses Personal Information when required to do so by law, or in response to a subpoena or court order, or when Company believes in its sole discretion that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of Company, third-parties or the public at large.
• Business Transfers; Bankruptcy.
